Please unlock[edit]
It has been added and is usable in the 1.9 prereleases, just like Nether Warts, and that page is unlocked. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Infernograve (talk • contribs) at 05:14, 16 October 2011 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~
Use[edit]
I think we need some proof on the use here. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Assassin1025547 (talk • contribs) at 23:51, 22 September 2011 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~
Best place to get ghast tears in infinity is by far twilight forest. Carminite Ghastlings in the dark woods tower are everywhere, there are typically several spawners for them, and they infinitely respawn in the boss floor as long as the boss lives.
Speculation thread go[edit]
It doesn't sound like many ghast tears, but if you consider that that is over 4 1/2 shulker boxes full of regen potions, it's another story. I could make the farm larger, to get more spawning spaces, but I don't think I will. Only this 1 hour session will last me a long long time. The Enchanted Ghast Tear is an Uncommon enchanted item unlocked in the Ghast Tear IV.

lock can be lifted[edit]
Use is known. It's a potion ingredient in MC 1.9 (already functional in 1.9 pre-release 2 when illegitimately obtaining a cauldron trough inventory editing or one of the available mods.)Use is documented and referenced on the Potions page. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Gijsbertth (talk • contribs) at 19:48, 5 October 2011 (UTC).
